Overall strategy[edit | edit source]

Runokingetoi ("secret walkers"; "hidden walkers") are a unique class of stealth unit available to the Belgae. While they have far more in common with Iberian or Jungle units, what cannot be denied is that they are very powerful units, owing to their devastating, lightning-quick attacks. This is especially more significant, especially since they are highly proficient at gutting enemy levy units or even mercenary infantry raised at the Sanctuary, owing to their unearthly appearance and their skills with swordplay.

Notes[edit | edit source]

Although Balkan Skirmishers, Clubmen and Axemen are classified as regular, not mercenary infantry in [Alexander], Runokingetoi nevertheless do enjoy a strong attack bonus against these units.
