Carthage have the Power of Resolve.

While the city of Carthage may be just over half a millenium old, her roots are far deeper and more ancient than the city itself, for the Carthaginians are the last free Phoenician peoples on earth. Trade and ships have served them well, for the riches of faraway lands, especially through the trade for tin and copper have made Carthage prosperous. Yet just how much longer Carthage may remain free remains to be seen, given that the rumours of war and new interlopers from the east continue to grow louder with each passing week.

At home, Carthage has fought a long war against the Romans for control of the strategic island of Sicily - and lost. Now, a new young general, Hannibal, has emerged on the scene, and is intent on wiping Rome out with a plan so bold and daring, that even the Romans themselves are incredulous of its value - bring Carthage's army across the Alps to attack Rome from the north. But, with unrest building up in Carthaginian Spain, and Rome threatening to attack the very city of Carthage itself, can Hannibal's plan even succeed at all? It is up to you to find out.
