Name | Description | Designation |
---|---|---|
Egyptian | Clearly based off K&C Egyptians. The structures and the buildings all should remain the same. Used by Egyptians and Phoenicians. | |
Minoan | This is a hybrid, somewhat. It's based off the K&C Spanish buildset, but many of the buildings are still either thatch-and whitewash, or flat-roofed Mycenaean style. This style is associated primarily with the Thracians and Mycenaeans. | 1 |
Barbarian | Does what it says on the tin although they should be allowed to evolve somewhat to Celtic style whitewashed buildings like Mycenaeans. Used by a vast number of factions - Germans, Euskaldunak, Celts, and Scythians. | 0 |
South Asian | Uses Chinese Ancient vanilla for most buildings, but then begins to develop its own Indian style in the last era, ie whitewashed buildings, double roofs, etc. | 3 |
North Asian | Default Chinese, uses thatched roofs and whitewash, but has its own distinctive appearance for buildings. | |
Akkadian | Uses vanilla Arab mud but has its own building appearance for public buildings - duh.
Ideally, Akkadian buiildings should first reflect Egyptian ones, and look like they were built using unfinished mud brick, before transitioning. There ought to be 3 different appearances - mudbrick for [1]. whitewash with horns in [2] and finally full-on Babylonian in [3]. The majority of factions in Warbirth use this style - Assur, Babylon, Elam, and Mitanni. |

Desert | Uses some Egyptian elements but only some. The idea here is that most public buildings use Egyptian designs but in a more Arab way, ie square corners and plenty of 3d features. Used by Arabs and Tartessians. Conventional Arab public buildings all use brick and ashlar, just like early Akkadian buildings. | |
Hittite | Combines Mycenaean public buildings with muddy Afro-Arab. Used by Hittites, Hebrews and Phrygians. |
