Overall strategy[edit | edit source]
Dagger-Axemen are armed with the vicious dagger-axe, a mattock-like weapon that can be used to bludgeon and crush, and is highly proficient versus armoured units, and armour-piercing units. They are in effect a form of "Heavy Slinger" that however is armed with a melee weapon, not a ranged one, and thus are proficient in anti-infantry combat. They replace Skirmisher Levies for Shang, Choson and Zhou.
Unit summary[edit | edit source]
- Renegade Halberdiers — Trainable to all Chinese factions, as well as the Britons and Euskaldunak, this mercenary version sacrifices HP and LOS but can be trained more quickly.
